A1 Poor Fund of India

A1 Poor Fund is a Voluntary Organization engaged in various developmental activities for the past 20 years.
We mainly focus on Women and Child development.

Vision

A society where everyone is having equal status in every aspects of life and live harmoneously.

Mission

Work for the development of Women and Children and thus bring equality and livelyhood in their community and home.

Objectives

 1. To engender equality and brotherhood among the public.

 2. To work for Economic, Cultural, Social, Health and Psychological
Advancement of the public.

3. To run Hospitals, Day Care Centers, Nursery Schools, Family
Counseling Centers, Old- age Day- Care Centers, Deaddiction Centers, drug addiction councelling,HIV/AIDS awareness etc. for the Welfare of the community.

 4. To implement the projects and programs like child and Mother care, Awareness Programs, Relief and Rehabilitation Programs etc.

 5. To establish professional training Centers and provide opportunities to the Unemployed poor women.

6. To carry on social services with unity, for the prosperity of the nation through versatile Advancement projects for the poor.

 7. Work for the development of widows through different selfemployment programs.

Programmes carried out so far

Organized awareness programs on leprosy, Nutritious food, Child  care, Family Planning,Alcohol and Drug addiction, AIDS/HIV, Health, sanitation, Environmental etc.

Organized programs like income generation, Social forestry, Drinking Water supply, Housing Schemes, Relief and re-habilitation, Women´s welfare, Child welfare, Nursery schools, adult educations ,Crushes Women´s Organizations, Old age day care centres, Women´s Labor Groups, Agriculture etc.

We are giving special emphasise on forming and maintaining of SHG´s in the community women.

Organized training programs like Computer education, Printing and Composing, Hand made cover making , Tailoring Training centre etc. It is very important to note that all the intervention programs were found to be effective in terms of sustainability and people´s participation The impact in the community is also quite unbeleavable. We have to walk long distance to fulfil our objectives.

We are running some programs with very norminal funds which we have generated from the local community and now we are facing

difficulty in running these programs in the present way. At this juncture we came to know about you and your area of interests for the community. So please let us make use your funds for the developmental activities in our working community. If you are not able to assist us directly, help us through referral services of those who can assist us.
